Dr Garry Mancini

Garry qualified as a dentist in 1990 having attained a Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Liverpool. Garry then held resident maxillofacial Senior House Surgeon appointments for two and a half years at The Bristol Dental Hospital and Bristol Royal Infirmary, Bristol and The Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, Exeter. Garry was then appointed Senior House Surgeon in Children's Dentistry and Orthodontics at The Manchester Dental hospital. Between 1993 and 1994 Garry practised as General Dental Practitioner in St Helens, Merseyside and in 1994 was appointed Registrar in Orthodontics at the Eastman Dental Hospital and Institute, London where he spent three years gaining orthodontic postgraduate training. Garry obtained the Fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1993, a Masters Degree from the University of London in 1996 and the Membership in Orthodontics of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1997.

Dr Nicholas Lai

Nicholas carried out his undergraduate training at Guy's Hospital, qualifying in 2000. He then spent the next three years working as a general dentist followed by further training in the fields of oral and maxillofacial surgery and orthodontics in Queen Alexander Hospital, Portsmouth, restorative dentistry at the Royal London Hospital and paediatric dentistry within the community dental services based in Havant, Portsmouth. During this time he became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (Eng). He commenced his three year Specialist Orthodontic training at the Royal London Hospital in 2003, acquiring his Master of Science degree (MSc) in 2005 and the Membership in Orthodontics (Morth) in 2006 from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Nicholas has since been working in a variety of specialist practices where he has gained his wide interest in adult orthodontics, combined and multidisciplinary cases. He also works part time as a Associate Specialist at the Royal London Hospital where he specialises in joint orthodontic/orthognathic cases as well as hypodontia patients.

Dr Ariane Sampson

Ariane Sampson qualified from Barts and The London School of Medicine. She has worked as a general dentist in Cambridge, London and Devon, during which time she trained in Dental Implants and obtained her Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Ariane has held senior house officer and senior clinical fellow appointments in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and Paediatric Dentistry at Northwick Park, The Royal London and Addenbrookes Hospitals. Ariane then began Orthodontic specialty training at Addenbrookes and Luton & Dunstable Hospitals after which she gained her Membership in Orthodontics with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and her Masters in Orthodontics from Kings College, London. Ariane continues to carry out research into the links between social media and orthodontics.

Salome Suarez

Salome graduated as an Orthodontic Therapist in 2012, gaining her qualification from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Her career in Dentistry began back in Peru where she graduated with a degree in general dentistry in the University Nacional de San Marcos. She then moved to England and started working as a dental nurse in 2004. Her interest in orthodontics peaked in 2006 when she started working as a dental nurse in an orthodontic clinic. She decided to follow her interests and decided to study to become an Ortho-Therapist a career she has enjoyed ever since. In addition to being an Ortho-therapist she has also gained a qualification in Dental Radiography and is always keen to keep on learning.
