As I am sure you are aware, we have been given the go ahead to re-open as from Monday 8th June 2020. This is the earliest start date recommended by the Department of Health.

Whilst we have spent the time of our closure planning for the changes that we will have to make, we are still taking guidance from all our regulatory bodies on how to manage our clinical day and I am sure you will appreciate that our full services will not be available immediately. We will have enhanced procedures to protect our patients and staff and this will mean that we will not be able to see the same number of patients per day as before.

We have had to cancel numerous appointments since the lockdown began and will initially be prioritising appointments for our existing patients who have had dental emergencies or appointments cancelled, in order of urgency. Please do not attend the clinic unless you have an appointment.

It will therefore take some time for services to be fully resumed but rest assured you be seen as soon as possible. We will make sure our reopening is safe, effective, and prioritises the most urgent needs. Patient safety is at the top of our agenda.

Thank you all for your patience during this difficult time and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
